The results of the exhibitor satisfaction survey
Getting 96.4% of answers to the satisfaction survey from the exhibitors took a little time but I am stubborn and that because it seems to me more than important to have a return from exhibitors as complete as possible in order to define the strengths and weaknesses of an event, so I insisted and after 4 reminders, here is the results of the survey.
And the audience ?
A mini-survey was also carried out on the spot with the public but it remains little significant because representing only 4,6% of the public present this year. This point of improvement is already noted for next year!
75 people were directly invited to answer the volunteers on the following questions:
- How would you rate the festival?
(from 1 to 5) 73% of people give the maximum score
- How did you hear about the show?
37% by internet, 17% by word of mouth, 16% by display
- What is your postal code ?
31% of people from the 92 departement with about 20% of Montrougiens, followed by 29% from Ile de France (excluding Paris), 24% came from the province and finally 16% from Paris!
